How to Subscribe

Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account > Other > Add Subscribed Calendar. Paste the URL.

Subscription Calendar Update Frequency

When subscribing to your calendar, you are using a unique URL that is saved in your calendar app (such as Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar). This URL allows your calendar app to regularly check for updates to your calendar and sync any changes. This way, updates to your confirmed shifts are automatically reflected in your calendar.

As you can see below, each service syncs at different frequencies, so your emailed schedule will always take precedence over your calendar. Only your CONFIRMED shifts are included in your calendar. We do not have any control over how often calendar apps sync to our server. If a shift does not have timing yet, it will appear as an all day appointment.

How Often Each Calendar App Syncs with a Subscription Calendar

Each calendar app has its own schedule for syncing with subscription calendars. Here is the general sync frequency for major calendar providers:

Calendar App	Sync Frequency
Apple Calendar	When app/program opens and then every 1-3 hours
Google Calendar	Approximately every 24 hours
Outlook (desktop app)	When app opens and then every 1-3 hours
Outlook.com	Every 3 hours
